Dear Brother  I take this opertunety to write you a freim to inform you that I am well at present and hope those fiew linds will find you all the saim  I received your leter a fiew days ago and was very glad to hear from you  I received one from Mary Jane the saim day  whell we have very nice wether hear now and furst rate times but not much niews at present  George thinks every quier that you and Mary Jane and the rest dont write to him

I receied a leter from Thomas Richards to day and one from Mary La Mousley about a weak or to ago and she asked me to send my likness  I had sent it befor that but I gues she had not got it when she roat  but I sea by your leter that she has got it  whel I dont no what to write onley I no that I weigh one hundred and fourtey two punds and I am about out of ink  tel Mary Jane that I will awnser her leter in a fiew days when I get a niew botel of ink  when you write again put your lether specks on so that you wont comence on the rong side of the paper and up side down [ate] and rong side out

I dident mean to make fun of you leter by saing what I did but I just thought it looked a litel od perhaps you have joined the od felows  Mary Jane said in her leter that Mary L Mousley had got religion at silome or Bethel  I have forgot how this Anna Mary Mousley is  I dont no wether I ever did or not  if I ever did no her I have forgot her all to gether  when you write let me no hwo she is  whell I must now close  yours & sofourth I still remain your brother
