HEAD-QUARTERS 3rd SEPERATE BRIGADE,
EIGHTH ARMY CORPS.
Baltimore, July 26th 1864.

Surgeon C. F. H. Campbell, U. S. Vols. Acting Medical Inspector 8th A. C. having been assigned to this Brigade as Medical Director in addition to other duties, and having reported at these Head-Quarters, in accordance with S. O. No. 185, Par. 3.  Head-Quarters Middle Dept. July 26th 1864, is hereby announced as such, and will be obeyed and respected accordingly.

All Medical Reports, and other Communications connected with the Medical Department of this Command will be forwarded to Surgeon Campbell at these Head-Quarters.
