Enclosed I have the honor to return your receipt for Med. & Hospl. supplies, turned over to me on the 15th. [illegible]

I am unable to receipt to you for a Tongue Depressor (in Courier case.) as it was not found nor do I receipt for articles belonging to Pan-niers sep[illegible[te.- The Books you referred to had all been used, and ran therefore not be receipted for.  You can expand them.  One Bedpan was broken, probably during transportation, and should so be accounted for by you.  The Cans referred to were worthless and the difference in Bottles now be accounted forby expanding them with the Sick
