Welcome to the 20th edition of KIDS COUNT in Delaware Fact Book and the 16th joint publication of KIDS COUNT in Delaware/FAMILIES COUNT in Delaware. This collaborative project of the State of Delaware and KIDS COUNT is housed in the Center for Community Research and Service at the University of Delaware. Since 1995, KIDS COUNT in Delaware has been reporting on the status of children in the state. Working with the State of Delaware since 1998, KIDS COUNT has been monitoring the conditions of families, children and individuals in the community.
