Abstract
Description
This report presents the results of two surveys conducted by the University of Delaware's Center for Community Development (CCD) and Center for Applied Demography and Survey Research (CADSR). The purpose of these surveys is to determine how both current and potential users of the Delaware State Service Centers view the need for services in their households and communities.
