Description
This report represents the fifth edition of the combined KIDS COUNT/FAMILIES COUNT Fact Book and the eighth edition of the KIDS COUNT in Delaware Fact Book focusing on measuring child and family well-being. Over the years most key trend measures have remained consistent, but changes are made as new data become available and measures are modified to focus on particular issues.
