Abstract
Description
The purpose of the evaluation is to provide relevant information regarding the project implementation and its impact on youth and adults with disabilities for both project improvement and accountability purposes.
In the CLIMB to Employment application submitted through the Delaware Division of
Vocational Rehabilitation in 2002, the goals of the project included the following:
to improve the ability of individuals with disabilities to make informed choices during the employment process; and
to recommend changes to rules and regulations which have a negative impact on employment outcomes.
