Abstract
Description
The original focus of this two-year study resulted from a request from the Reading is Fundamental national organization to conduct an evaluation study to explore the differential impact of Delaware’s Reading is Fundamental program compared to the impact of Project CRISS. The proposed study was designed to inform the thinking and decision making of those responsible for implementing and supporting two different programs designed to improve the reading skills of secondary students in Delaware schools.
