Description
Belleview is located on the west side of route 428 approximately .8 miles south of its junction with route 15. The house is situated in a predominantly
agricultural area which has recently begun to be subdivided into suburban lots. The nominated area includes one acre containing a small brick outbuilding associated with the house. Excluded from the nomination are the numerous modern farm structures located behind and west of the house.
