Title: 2005 Delaware Kids Count/Families Count Fact Book

Description: Welcome to our tenth edition of KIDS COUNT in Delaware. As we reflect on the past ten years of
compiling data for our annual KIDS COUNT Fact Book, we are grateful for the continued support of
The Annie E. Casey Foundation, the State of Delaware, and the University of Delaware. Our annual
publication has become the benchmark in the state for policy makers and citizens to learn about
the status of children and families in Delaware.

Delaware Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

Title: Delaware Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

Authors: Ware, Leland; Peuquet, Steven W.

Description: This analysis examines discrimination and segregation in Delaware’s housing market. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires all local entities that administer certain programs funded by HUD to periodically develop an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI). The purpose of the AI is to identify obstacles, (i.e., “impediments”) to fair housing choice through a comprehensive review and analysis of policies, procedures and practices, in both the public and private sectors of the locality that directly or indirectly impinge on equal housing opportunities.
