Climatological Data: Maryland & Delaware Collection home page

Climatological Data contains station daily maximum and minimum temperatures and precipitation, degree days, snowfall, temperature and precipitation extremes for the state. Covers reporting stations in Delaware. Current stations: Bear, Dover, Greenwood, Lewes, Newark University Farm, Smyrna, Wilmington Porter Reservoir, Wilmington WSO Airport. Older reports cover different stations.

Monthly with annual summaries. When there is a conflict between date of coverage and date of publication, date of coverage is listed, as per NOAA.CD has been published since 1891.

CD is from the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC), a division of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce. These files are downloaded from the NCDC website for Climatological Data as per depository arrangement. The University of Delaware Library is a Federal Depository Library.
