Abstract: At the request of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), the Water Resources Agency (WRA), a unit of the University of Delaware’s Institute for Public Administration, developed a process to quantify load reductions achieved through stormwater-control structures (best management practices, or BMPs) for selected pollutant parameters in the Delaware portion of the Christina Basin. This report summarizes the scope of the project and outlines the methodology, analysis, and implications.
