Prostate tissue collection from prostatectomy specimens housed in the Emory Prostate Tumor Bank. All patients submitted tissue under the guidelines of informed consent and appropriate IRB approval was in place for all specimens analyzed. Processing of tissue began within minutes after resection. All tissues were formalin fixed and paraffin embedded for tissue array. See Prostate Cancer and Prostatic Diseases 2004 Oct 12 for more information.
