Abstract | This guide is for prosecutors. In this guide, we assume that every prosecutor faces the common problem of disposing of cases at the earliest possible time, using the fewest resources, and with acceptable results. This is the task of case management. How the prosecutor manages cases is usually decided by his policy towards prosecution, his resources and coordinating procedures with the courts and other agencies, especially the police. | en_US |
