Description | This document contains results of the Delaware Alternate Portfolio Assessment (DAPA) Proficiency Level process for the Communication Domain. As the alternate assessment to the Delaware Student Testing Program (DSTP), the DAPA is specifically designed for students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities who participate in a functional, life skills curriculum. These students comprise less than 1% of Delaware’s public school students. Participation in the DAPA is an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team decision based on the Eligibility Guidelines Checklist (see Appendix D). | en |
