Abstract | Travel demand is often discussed in terms of current and future housing development in Delaware. With the expected increased congestion and costs associated with new development in Delaware, there is increasing interest in the relationship of land use and transportation and the promotion of land use policies that can address the effects of ever increasing travel demand. To address these issues, this study investigate the relationship between land use and transportation within the State of Delaware. | en |
