Abstract | The State of Delaware, through the Delaware Health Care Commission and the Division of Public Health, has monitored and published periodic reports on the number and spatial distribution of health professionals (allied health professionals, primary care physicians, dentists, non-physician clinicians). This report focuses attention on the supply side - educational pipeline of health professionals in Delaware. The study provides a snapshot in time of health education programs in the State. It is intended to add to the State’s planning tools and aid policymakers and others who are committed to achieving and maintaining a health care provider workforce that matches the health care needs of the State’s patient population. | en_US |
