This workshop, held February 3-5, 1592 at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo NY, was sponsored by the US. EPA Large Lakes Research Laboratory and was convened by the Great Lakes Program of SUNY Buffalo and the New York Great Lakes Research Consortium of SUNY-ESF. The goal of the workshop was to discuss and develop a set of recommendations for reducing uncertainty in mass balance models of toxics with specific emphasis on application to Lake Ontario.
