Abstract
Description
Kids Voices Count provides the teen perspective. This writing project began as an assignment in three Newark High School sophomore social studies classes by teacher James Doody. To present a wide representation of their opinions, excerpts were taken from many essays. Due to space constraints, some statements appear out of context but every effort has been made to include the true opinions of the students.
